One on One Personal Training

Get personalized attention to your goals. Our one on one sessions have a complete evaluation and assessment procedure to collect all the necessary data about you. We review your medical readiness for exercise, perform a full body analysis with the latest technology, and assess what types of activity and nutrition works best FOR YOU! Developing an individualized requires a balance between our known data, your comfort level, and your budget.

Two on One or Duet Personal Training

Stick to your goals with a friend or workout buddy. Studies have shown that accountability is higher when you join with someone else. The process here requires us to have you work with someone who is somewhat compatible to you both fitness wise and is someone with whom you would enjoy working out. Two on One programs are built as HIIT circuit programs and are best suited for those with minimal injury history.

Three on One or Small Group Personal Training

Dedicate yourselves to the team! With a small group, we can adjust the exercise or intensity to work to your strengths and allow you the time to achieve balance in the different parts of your body. Since we're all built differently, our bodies don't always respond the same ways to exercise. Small groups are great for those looking to commit to a specialized program that can work best with your needs and your goals.

Annoyed at the lack of challenge or frustrated by classes being too hard? We can adjust the level of each person while having them performing the same exercises together. Whether it is the movement that is at issue or the weight or resistance, we can tailor the workout to what will give you the best results in the shortest possible time.
